As mma fans know,overeem failed a pre fight drug test last week with elevated testosterone ratio of 14:1 the limit being 4:1.This pretty much drew the curtains on what could have been fight of the year in dos santos vs overeem.Not to mention all the fans who bought tickets to see that fight who will now be left wondering if they can get a refund.Probably also lost the ufc a lot of money.
Now,dana white has said that mir vs valesquez will still be the co maint event,which drastically slims down the list of possible opponents for dos santos.
I'm not to sure you else there is,but there is one fighter who could possibly step up,and that's dan henderson.Coming of a brutal clash the shogun rua,he's been out of action for a while,waiting patiently for either jones or silva.Why not put him in against dos santos?
THoughts on who dos santos could face next?

I think its a bit naiive to think any heavyweight fighter will rule for any length of time. It only take one good punch to connect to knock the champ out spark on his ass.

Mark Hunt was knocked out by a middleweight a couple of years ago. Imagine what JDS, who is probably the best boxer in MMA would do to him.
Thats assuming he didnt want to risk things, and Instead took Hunt down and submitted him.
