Just to put this argument to bed that Leeds paid out a CVA, please refer to the following:-

KPMG's own records stating that a CVA was 'impossible' and that they transfered the assets to a NewCo.
Also, the idea that HMRC dropped the appeal on the CVA allowing it to be paid out is also nonsense. They dropped the legal challenge as the CVA was taken off the table.
