Brewers make Blockbuster signing!

We have brought in some good defenders, a decent midfielder and our strikeforce ain't too bad anyway.

What do we need now? A 'keeper of course. Another defender - one who can play anywhere along the back 4. A couple of midfielders. The strikeforce is ok anyway. Yes, with those additions and 2 of my cats playing on the wings instead of Jimmy and Cleveland we may be in for a good season.

I liked Lee Bell when he was with us before and have always been impressed whenever he has played against us for Crewe or Macclesfield. Always tries to play on the ground and comfortable with the ball. I gather he did well Saturday and Rowett was pleased with him. Any thoughts any one.

Hi everyone ,not been on for a while but getting a taste for the new season again . I have been very impressed with Garys signings so far ,still slightly concerned on the goalkeeping front ,and how near Billy Kee is to starting a game . Im sure we will see more signings and maybe an odd loan signing before the start of the season . As for Lee Bell he would provide experience having played at this level and maybe a one year deal would be the correct offer.Im slightly dissapointed we havent got Leggzins back on a year long loan from Derby ,surely he would benefit for a run of games after sitting most of last season on the bench . Up the Brewers !

Watched him lat night at Ilkeston. Looks a very good defender, obviously has had a good summer but think he will be a great asset.
