That's correct. i bet there's a few stories to be told on here about family members who have been in remission only to see it return a few years later!

Having family history with cancer I dont think its the type of think you use cured when reffering to.
But wishing him all the best and will remain in my prayers

Think you get regular tests for the first year, then its every few months for the next, then its one or twice a year up to 5 years.

Cancer is a fecking horrible disease and he will have to be checked for the rest of his days to make sure it doesn't come back but this is great news.Hopefully he gets back to full health soon and gets back to doing what he does best, playing football.
