Of the penalties available to the SPL panel it is likely that only three of them will be applied;
Upon determining that a breach of or failure to fulfil the Rules has been established, the Board or, as the case may be, a Commission may:-
G6.1.6 impose a deduction of points;
G6.1.7 award an Official Match (with such deemed score as it thinks appropriate) to a Club;
G6.1.12 withdraw or withhold the award of a title or award;
Most of the other punishments, about 19 in total, are either impractical or unlikely to be applied. Unfortunately I doubt that this panel is able to withdraw Scottish and League Cups and give them to their rightful owners.
Obviously all of the above only apply if Rangers are found guilty.
We may be getting our titles back

"getting our titles back"
Seriously, this new guy is the worst WUM in 606 history. Are you Alfonso1234? ...................
Your gonna regret postin that Papa....

What makes you say that op? The punishments say withdraw awards, nothing about giving them to others. Far from certain celtuc will get them IMO

Papa, why call me a new guy then suggest I am an old guy?
I simply posted this as SPL have recently announced the inquiry. No WUM here, current events old man.
Seems to me if it was my club then I would want to know the ins and outs of the situation.
eg Rangers fans are trying to organise a petition to identify members of the panel even though all 93 SFA clubs (including Rangers) unanimously agreed to these procedures, including anoniminity of panel members.
Last time Ally mouthed off and caused death threats to panel members and their families. Your nutjob fans also threatened to burn down Raith Rovers stadium and threatened their Directors.
Genuine post, no wumming here.

"The punishments say withdraw awards, nothing about giving them to others."
The rules also state that the panel can redetermine the results and award to the points to the "innocent" party. Not certain Celtic would be awarded these titles but it is possible.

Apologies for Ibrpox, genuine typo.

You cannot have a competition without a winner. If titles and trophies are taken from Rangers, then they must be awarded to the runners up.
Would the IOC void the entire badminton competition because two countries have cheated? Of course not. They carry on until they have a winner. Olympic titles have been re-awarded many years after the event. To simply void a competition because of cheating would actually encourage rule breaking.
By the way, if Rangers are found guilty of this they can expect a heavy punishment as well as the titles being re-awarded. Think about it, if I steal someone's car, you cannot punish me by simply returning the car to it's owner. I must also be punished for the deed.
This is really going to be a white-knuckle ride bears.

Thanks Albert for explaining the seriousness of this issue. Seems to me that most bears think this will be the same as the last tribunal and they will simply appeal any negative result. (we all know how that ended up).
I have tried to get the severity and uniqueness of this tribunal across to bears fans but they reply with big Zs and accusations of wumming.
Similar situation to when we tried to warn them about Murray and Whyte.
