Ravel Morrison has been loaned to Birmingham City for a season.
I remember the criticism of SAF when he left the club and how we should of paid him more or guaranteed him a first team place in order to keep him.
What do these doubters think now?

To be fair, not many people were saying we ought to keep him. Most were commenting on what a mug he was.

There were a few bloodred, the point I really want to make is SAF should be trusted implicitly when it comes to youth prospects.

The thing is, he doesn't fit into Big Sam's footballing style anyway. Strange signing on their part.

His ability isn't in question. He is one of the most talented English players for years if you believe the coaches who have worked with him.
The problem is.....he's a nutter who thinks it's funny beating up girls, stealing and jumping people.
He is a low life loser. I'm pleased our club made such a stance.

Yeah there was a ' lets give the youth what they want' moment on this board, Morrison may have talent but wee worship the big man steering the ship and he know best.
Tho paying young talent big wages to stay can have benefits..barcelona being an example..tho thy let a lot slip too.

The problem is, some people here hear these kids names... Watch a few reserves games and don't really understand the level of football they are watching.
Reserve football is what it is... low level football where the kids learn tactics and technique.
