Olympic Boxing Judges Farce!

I see that the Olympics are still plagued by ridiculous decisions by the boxing judges. Mr Zou, the light flyweight champ, is indeed appropriately named as the judging panel officiating at two of his most important bouts could very adequately be described as a "ZOO"! Zou clearly lost his semifinal(to Barnes) and the final (to Pongprayoon), but still was voted the winner in both cases, much to the dismay of the watching public! As for the case of the Aziri who was knocked down 6 times in the last round and had to almost be carried from the ring before being amazingly declared the winner, well words fail me!

Given the circumstances, the recent rumours of Olympic Boxing titles for sale does not surprise me. Certain Far Eastern and former Soviet countries have a history of such double dealing.

If the IABA can not put its house in order then perhaps it should be barred from the Olympics before we all die of laughing!

we all know the GB boxers should be nowhere near a podium. We all know the USA, cuban and former USSR boxers should be dominating the event like they dominate wrestling. Boxing is a farce!!!

Joshua was lucky but the other two golds were more than justified. Joshua was the boxing poster boy with loads of media, ex pro and fan interest so you can see how the judges were biased towards him.

Joshua won that last fight, I'm sorry but the concern in that fight was it went to callback rather than him winning it outright, there was no way he was three down by the last round and he easily took that last round by three.

The aziri fighter though was a joke that alone should make heads role
