were short at left back, right back, right wing and creative mf.

dont need jenas, bentley, parker, gomes or cuddicinni



apart from that it's good though

I'm not so sure if we are short in those positions mate.

I think that AVB has a lot of options, I can easily see him playing Dembele, or Dempsey on one of the flanks to cover for an injured Lennon or Bale. The squad is extremely interchangeable which is something.

No VDV and Modric though... they were sort of the spine of our success. I'm happy that we Kept Huddlestone though. If Moutinho turned us down then who cares! I'm sick of us signing mercenaries anyway.

Overall I am disappointed with what we have been left with.

We are short of a playmaker and 2 out and out forwards (with Kane`s loan wtf`s all that about). An Injury to Ade or JD and or suspensions could leave us with no striker, its madness to go into 4 competitions with only 2 strikers imo. I also think we may regret selling VDV, one of our best players.

Gutted we didnt get Moutinho and Leandro, but its turned out to be same old Spurs, we spend nothing overall and end up short of the 1 or 2 world class players that could really give us a chance.

Can only assume money is being ploughed into the stadium and I think with the squad as it is the very best we can hope for is 4th.
