Klaas-Jan Huntelaar

66 goals in 90 games for Schalke04!!!!

10 - 15 million...

In the price range I don't see a better option to be honest...

Bundesliga is a strong league that perhaps does not get the credit it deserves in this country. To have a goal scoring record like that in a league that is also very physical and technically very good I can only come to one conclusion..

SIGHN HIM PLEASE - Exactly what we need!!!!

He is a brave striker, will throw himself any crosses. Exactly what Carroll is lacking.

How do you rate Hooper?

He is a goalscorer mate. Aswell as that he is unselfish and a good team player, works very hard also.

He can tend to be a bit moody sometimes and that's when his performance drops.

He is still young at 24 though, has a good record in Europe etc. Would be gutted to lose him.

If Borini is worth £10m then Hooper is easily.

All this talk about you can't score goals in the premiership as much as you can in Scotland was proved wrong by Jelavic

I think if we got a bid of £8mil he would be sold.

He's very strong aswell for his size and more than holds his own. He was outstanding in Moscow a few weeks back

Jelavic doesn't prove a point at this moment in time he proves to be the exception to the rule.

Hooper would score goals in the premiership no problem at all

He outscored Andy Caroll in a poor team in Caroll's wonder season in the championship. I know he isn't worth it but you still paid £35mil for him. And £20m odds on Downing. Anything less than £10m for Hooper would not be on

Btw, really enjoying the Being Liverpool programme that's on the now How long is the series running for?

Some past purchase prices are not really anything to go by, they were bad business, so we now expect value for money(at least the fans do), not some inflation based price of what people think we will pay.

Do you rate Hooper? and if so, what would you regard as a reasonable price?

KJH would be fantastic af Anfield.
Said it before in loads of posts, this boy can score, us a strong player and would have no probs in Premiership. For a player out of contract in summer someone is gonna get a brilliant player but wonder what his wage demands would be??
