Lads & Lassies!
I've got to tell you, when I signed up for this marathon nonsense, I thought it was going to be painful. Beforehand, when I was just running and not TRAINING, I could have looked at the last weekend and just said "you know what, this is a fire & hot chocolate day, running can wait..."
The last couple of days, I've run just more than 30km on the same little 3km circuit near my house. Just cos the roads are so bad that I don't want to cause any car accidents on the main country roads.... Hope the weather improves - next Sunday I'm doing a 24km run on the Lausanne roads around Lake Geneva with my mate who's also lost her marbles...
Anyways, this week I've done a total of 47km - next week will top 50km...

Jeez Super, that's some training schedule you've got! . I've only got one long run per week and that's a difficult enough job. The other 4 7-10 km runs per week are the toughies
