He's been the best striker in the SPL and has some impressive stats.
He's our top scorer and is also according to Soccer AM:
he is 1st in league goals to games ratio in Britain (yeah I know, not hard in the SPL)
he is 4th in the world behind ronaldo, messi and di natale.

He's shown that he can get goals against big teams (lyon, braga, rangers) and for his performances he's starting to get noticed by the England team (currently at U21s)

Your lot would kill to have Hooper in your squad. All you have are has-beens, never-will-bes and Andy King. He's the only player you have that I'd want.
