Amy Ryan - 28 day ban

I saw that Amy Ryan just got a 28 day ban for failing to ride to the line in the final race at Carlisle last night. I went on the Sporting Life website and watched the replay and that ban looks very harsh. None of the commentators intimated anything untoward in their post-race analysis - in fact they were saying how unlucky she was after going for home from such a long way out.

Did anyone else see it?
