one of the Jose condition to join us would be to have full control of Chelsea club...do you honestly think Roman will give it to him...we in Chelsea have different strategy of managing club then others...I know many of you would slam this strategy of hiring and firing games howeever it works...Roman may be rutless from time to time but He obviously want only best for his investment lol.
Rafa maybe isnt really favorite among chelsea fans but if you look it closer He isnt doing bad job here...yes we lost or draw few games but it wasnt entirely his mistake to lose 2 goals lead few time...it was players on the pitch...do you honsetly think RDM would do better...as a matter of fact RDM lost 3 cups for us/CS, ESC and CL/ so he deserved to be fire....no sentiment at all...If you working as a manger of Chelsea football club you just know that there is too much in stake every single game bcouse we are Chelsea and we look on others from the top thats why everybody hates us?who cares anyway...we dont lol/...you either accept it or not...managing chelsea is privilage and everybody know that...
I think if we win Fa Cap or UEFA and finish in top 4 I wouldnt mind to keep Rafa under one condition...he wont be able to make decesions about our transfers...so far club did it well apart Torres/which was Roman present for Carlo bcouse of sacking his assistant and you can say whatever you want but its true/..we building something extraordinary here...full of potencial, young and perspective team better then others...we have some amazing player comming on like Luiz, Ceasar,osacar,hazard,KDB,lukaku and few more....we dont neet to buy any expensive purchase again....just get rid of few with and bring loanes lol and we are sorted.

Pep and Jose have both got an eye on the United job, he'll swerve the Chelsea and take over at PSG.

OP, cant really agree with anything youve posted im afraid , 1 star effort.
For sure your entitled to your opinion , but its a bit naive.
Firstly Its very unlikely City will go for Mourinho, to much daily baggage for the image conscious arabs, Mourinho has stated publicly he will be returning to a club he has already been at.
joses children have been recently registered at a london school, local to where he has a house.
Next youd be happy to keep Rafa if we have a decent finish, well your on your own with that one matey.
Finally you tip Conte as our next manager , smacks of fantasy football im afraid , a new manager wioth poor command of english and no experience in the premiership with not even last as long as Big Phil or Avb.
LASTLY, the squad, we are three high quality players away from a squad which will challenge on all fronts with the right manager, but we need to get rid 6/7 players bring our best loanees and bobs your uncle.

Abromovich has changed if he takes Mourinho. Mourinho will not come back otherwise. Even if he doesn't then I only see him at City.
Ancelotti played dire football in his second season and got as nowhere near the holy grail Abromovich wanted. I have no idea why RDM got sacked for Rafa, I don't know if he was being lined up for a summer takeover only for him to buckle under the public pressure to appoint RDM as manager that's the only thing I can think off.
But Mourinho coming round this time will be coming to a Chelsea that have won all the trophies, no way will Abromovich sack him a after 1 seasons trophy less.

Him winning the CL would be perfect.
I said from last summer that had Mourinho won the CL with Madrid last season he would be at Chelsea right now. His tour around Europe will be over.
