1. Siggy must never play on the right. He must play on the left, or in the centre.
2. Gallas and Friedel through no fault of their own are too old to just come in cold and play big important games.
3. We must never give any excuses to the players for a reason not to perform - the weak minded s will take it
4. If there is a way to fack something, no matter how unlikely it seems, we will almost certainly find it. AVB must legislate for this and bear it in mind when he bigs us up in the press
5. the following players need to be facked off in the summer
BAE
Gallas
Adebayor
Defoe can stay if he is willing to be a squad man. Dempsey can stay if he is willing to be a Carling Cup man.
6. With Bale and Lennon out, our key man is SIGGY - probably our best and most dangerous player last night... we need to set the side up to allow him as much space as possible.
7. Parker cannot play two games a week

If someone is injured, make as few changes to the rest of the team as possible to accomodate for their replacement. Do not play 5 players out of position because one player is not available, play one player out of position.

Or maybe give Carrol a chance in there next to Parker and have Dembele and Siggurdson on the wing.
Playing Carrol from the start would be a slight gamble though.

Parker is starting to look his age, he used to pop up all over the pitch with vital tackles and blocks. Now he just can not keep up, he mistimes most tackles and is too slow.
His passing and shooting are ordinary and he often takes too long to see a pass, preferring instead to pirouette with the ball or pass it back to a defender, losing the attacks impetus.
