Well the second golf major gets underway tomorrow, and as no-one else has done one, I will start a thread. So whatever you want to say, come on here and say it.
It's a relatively short course, with accuracy at a premium, so those shorter hitters won't be at a disadvantage. Taking that into consideration, who are your tips/fancies?
Will Woods take a step closer to Nicklaus' total of 18? Will Rory come back to form and gain a second US Open? Will Kuchar turn consistency into a major? Will the likes of Donald, Rose, Westwood, Garcia finally get their first major? Or will McDowell, tipped by many, once again confirm his great US Open record?
Personally, I prefer the more speculative punt (in a field of over 100, there is always good value outside the usual suspects) so I have gone for Manassero, Molinari and Huh.
So will it be an outsider that prevails, or will one of the favourites come up trumps?

Rose kept playing irons off the tee towards the end of the round and he hit the fairways.
MIckleson kept opting for a wood and catching the rough.
