4 New signings for Widnes

Decent enough lads for sure....

But a couple of my Widnes supporting mates not to mention several forum members seemed to think Widnes were going to be a contender this year and these are the not the signings of anyone who has huge ambitions...

I think Widnes will struggle in 2012. Top signings are harder from Oz as currency movements don't make it the cash cow option it once was. They will have to build over a few years. A good reason not to have promotion relegation. AT least they will get good crowd support. I wish them well. I also think the coach Betts needs to prove himself at Super League level.
