Club Tradition Being Tarnished By Owners

I have recently seen that the owners of Hull City have decided to change their club name to Hull City Tigers. On top of that we are seeing, clubs such as Cardiff City changing the colour of their kit which has been a part of their history for generations because their owners wishes to change it.

Now, the problem I have is foreign owners coming in, buying football clubs and changing the tradition which has been a part of that city and that club for generations. One day the owners will move on, but the tradition of all English clubs will remain, so why on earth do they mess with it?

This American theme coming into English football- This is not America. This is England for goodness sake. How long till more owners do the same? These people need to remember, the badge, the colour of the kit, where the club is located, the club name plays a huge part in our game and lies with generation and generations of proud history. Don't mess with it.

The Newcastle owner changed St. James Park to the Sports Direct Arena, until he knew he made a mistake a reverted back. There are rumours that Crystal Palace will change their stadium name to a betting company. I seriously do not know what is worse. Utterly disgraceful and I back the fans to protest and ensure this does not occur.

The more this happens, the more clubs traditions will be tarnished. These people need to remember the club, its history, its traditions has and will always remain. The owners won't.

and it is all well and good claiming Chelsea have great youth coming through

.......................

They had an excellent youth bunch coming through during Jose's previous spell.

None of them either made it or were given much of a chance.

Who are these excellent youth players you're talking about? Our star players era were Carlton Cole and Robert Huth and they were anomalies, which must be saying something, whilst the other players such as Lenny Pidgely are currently playing league 2 football.

I suggest you do some research into how Barca are actually run. Im sure you will find that any "benifit" that Barca receive from the public purse in Catalonia is actually repaid to the people 10x over.

Read this document below and tell me you dont wish this was the case at your club. Hell Barca are more democratic than most countires.
