Alvarez, greatest strength is his mental toughness.

Which can be Floyd's weakness.

You dnt get 2 That many title defenses against that many elite fighters without mental strength, the ONLY thing Floyd could lose this fight on is the hunger factor. Mayweathers elevator is coming down and Canelos is coming up but when both stop whos is higher. I think Mayweather is still a few floors higher and another year I would think the levels would be closer (in terms of hunger).

Canelos record only impresses me in the sense that he is so young, but under scrutiny its padded 2 buggery. If Floyd fights like he did against Did against De La Hoya or more so Guerrero...Canelo has planned for this fight but aint nothing like Floyd and his record proves it.

If Floyd loses then automatically he becomes a shoemin for a Manny fight imo. So if u are a betting man, put Canelo to win by split and Floydnface Manny in a box office smash.

Hatton
Ortiz
Guererro
Oscar
Mosley

All are lacking in the mental strength department.
Easy for Floyd to deal with.

Canelo is not phased by Floyd and is focused on what to do.

Floyd has shown weaknesses by letting Canelo get in his head a little.

Canelo needs to exploit this and get Floyd of his mental game.

But could be all irrelevant as his skill set might not be sufficient to capitalise on the early build up win for Canelo.

Nah I disagree some of those fighters were champs one was a legend. Mental strength is imperitive 2 success so u r wrong. Whilst only a fool discounts Canelo, its clear ur dislike 4 him flavours ur posts.

The weight Canelo has had to lose will play a factor . Canelo is a very good fighter, but he needs to throw punches and from what I've seen of him he isn't a volume puncher. The weight loss will not help him in this regard., especially when he is fighting a boxer who is so good defensively.

Canelo needs to do well in the early rounds to have a chance, either by sparking him out or puuting enough points in the bank to make it a close decision.

What is more likely is that Floyd will start winning rounds clearly after rounds 5 -6 and win by UD.

Tyson was a champ, but was very mentally fragile.

It ok when you are the bully and in charge, but when you are not and can't intimidate your opponent, like all bullies they turn into cowards.

Floyd talking down about Alvarez, is proof Floyd is a bit worried.

He done almost the same with Pacquiao, saying it is an easy nights work.

But with Ortiz who was easy , he said he a young strong lion and will be a great fighter.

You never read the Art of War, have you?

Funny how D4 defended the Pacquiao catchweight fights.

Rehydration, clause, wanted Canelo to come down to 147lbs.

Floyd was trying to kill him, even before he step foot in the ring.

A bit like Mosley at 142 and rematch with Cotto at 147.
