After that apauling performance against Bayern Munich yesterday, Joe Hart was getting alot of stick and I can understand why! Does anyone remember that awful mistake he made against Southampton last season, that was tragic. He does this all the time, alot of people think that he isn't good enough to be England's number 1 goalkeeper but who else is there to replace him, John Ruddy is a good keeper but he wouldn't be able to play against teams like Spain, Germany, Brazil etc and Butland is a good keeper but he hasn't really got any experience, thoughts guys

Joe Hart's goalkeeping talents have always been somewhat exaggerated. He is much too unpredictable.
Man. City is the most expensive "average" team is the history of football!

3rd, 1st and 2nd over the last 3 seasons plus Cup Winners and Cup Finalists in the same period.
Every other team apart from Chelsea and United can only dream of being so average.

They've bashed us for the last 4 years despite us winning trophys, it's only a matter of time before they get round to us.
BTW, what was bizzare about the way we won the title? We scored more, conceded less and did the double over our closeset rivals.

Why then was your manager fired?
I think you will find that Taxi and Sol discovered that under the fake poncho, handlebar moustache and set of Maracas that he was an Italian.....he had to go

Boris,
Don't want to drag this out, but my recollection is that on the last game of that season City was losing to QPR at home and Man. U had already won on the road. If things had stayed that way then United would have been champions. Somehow City, who needed a win, scored two goals in ADDITIONAL time. This is what I was referring to, and by the way, I was happy to City take the title that year. I still think that penny for penny, shilling for shilling, pound(euro) for pound(euro) spent, City have not built a dominant team.
Plus this new manager does not appear to be comfortable in his new role? GOOD LUCK!

He has been quite poor for a year at least now. Not rubbish but also quite accident prone.

He is missing David Watson. The golden Goalie coach.
The Birmingham City Goalie coach who helped Butland, Hart and Foster improve drastically. In 2012 he worked with England (Hart) as part of Euros.
He followed Chris Houghton to Norwich, then both Steer and Ruddy showed massive improvement.
Could be a coincidence. But I doubt it.

Bravo Ian jamsie, very astute of you. Blues fan here; when Watson left I was gutted. Goalkeepers come good under him, period. If real life had coaching stats like football manager he'd be the 5 star goalkeeping coach you'd try and poach from the off.
