The Xbox One thread

I have: Ryse, Forza, FIFA, BF4 and Ghosts.

I hate BF4 with all my might, I am selling it once I've done all the campaign achievements. It's a truly awful game imo.

Ghosts is the worst COD game I've ever played, but in the absence of a good BF game, it's what I'll be playing for my FPS fix.

We need some decent FPS's on next gen. Killzone on ps4 looks quite good.

Bring on Halo 5 and TitanFall.

FPS's are boring.

I hope titan fall is decent

I think holding off till March for next gen would have been a great decision. I, and everyone I know that's bought a ONE or PS4, says the lack of games is hurting quite a bit.

Both systems have about 3 games each that are really well and truly fun to play. Fifa and Forza are both excellent, and the arcade game Powerstar Golf is insanely fun, but that's it. On the Sony side you've got Fifa too, Killzone looks great... not much else. Battlefield and COD don't seem better at all on next gen.

In March, though, we get Titanfall and Watch Dogs. Lots of exciting Racing games like The Crew and Project CARS coming out soon too. Then we have Destiny, which could be the best game of the generation if they get it right.

I think expecting a FPS to become the best game of a generation is a bit far fetched. IMO they are reaching their end as far as pure FPS is concerned. In order for them to become truly great they will have to mix in with other genres like Fallout and Borderlands have.
