One of those five goals was particularly memorable. He brought the ball down on the Paddock corner of the 18 yrd box (at the Lever End) and drove it across keeper into far top corner. Ball still rising as it almost burst the net.

Am I correct in saying nothing at all was videoed in that era? Roadrunner video and dave higson came a bit later. Those goals probably only exist in scrapbooks now.
