It has been great seeing how many Skunks fans have been totally confused how and why we are still proud of our team after getting beat. It must be beyond their tiny comprehension...

True mate..They have had one recent relegation where they came straight back up as champions, and they thought it was a test of their undying loyalty..Now if they had to put up with some of the crap we have had to endure, then it would be interesting to see how they would react..

Their numbers would massively diminish, like they did in the 70's (before they were formed, actually !) when they had smaller crowds than Sunderland A.F.C.

Older Skunks will remember what proper support was like, but not the vast majority who started their undying support when the current club were formed in 1992
