I doubt there's any 'true' neutral within the confines of the UK. Anyway aside from the semantics ;

For me it's a question of the lesser of the 'evils' ;

chelsea - haven't really got any issues with the club (annoying how they seem to have our number though ) but there's the financially doped thing, their fans in the main are ok, it's just that narcissistic mourinho I cannot stand, seeing the world's smuggest 'man' lift the PL trophy would make me dry retch.

man city - the only issue I have is again the financial doping, no issues with the club/fans/manager.

liverpool - not really had any issue with them before the last 18 months. The sychophantic media, some of their fans (real & the southern plastics from the 80's - my sister being one), an underlying sense of entitlement, the outrage because we dared to buy one of their players for what we thought would be sufficient & you'll be hard pushed to find one of their fans who will admit they've had an advantage this season due to no Europe/going out of the cups early (cue the but our squad would be better blah blah, like they haven't brought anyone recently).

There is also something about rodgers I don't like, seems to have a high opinion of himself, maybe that's just me being irrational though

This place has stunk of their verbal farts all season anyway - imagine if they won title...

I guess seeing city win it would be the most palatable for me
