This is the second of Moyes' players to come out with the similar comments about his style, philosophy and pre match mentality.
Baines was one of Moyes' generals at Everton and everything he states has been glaringly obvious to the #Moyesout camp for several months now. This for me is why he is the wrong choice for United.
Feel free to rebut this as usual but before you start using the same excuse as Moyes and criticising the squad please read this article:

Merry - Just thought it was quite interesting. We all know it's not been good enough by quite some way.
But Shaw, Reus, Fabregas, Carvalho should improve us !

I've no doubt that with better players we will see improvements but there is still only so far you can get if your manager isn't up to scratch I I still feel personally that Moyes isn't the man to take us to the level most of us believe a club like United should have.
I'm not slagging off Moyes, he's an ok manager, I've just not seen anything to suggest he has it in him to manage at the highest level.

Because its not like the Board will just sack him on the spot.

"counting all games as being worth points"
Haha what a joke, basically counting, charities shield, cup games and champions league too.
Doesn't take away from the fact we are in 7th and not in the CL next season. You can number crunch as much as you want, silly stats like that are a waste of time.

If you want to see how good a manager is, you need two sets of figures; the first would be the "points per 50 games" that shows. The second would be the amount of points the team got for the 50 games before that manager came in.
I bet there aren't many in that list that have a lower total of points than the manager they took over from.

Amazing how Martinez is doing a good job because of the squad Moyes left behind who finished 6th in the league but Moyes is suffering because of the poor squad of champions fergie left him with and 70m spent on players.

So now we have Baines in addition to Howard, Jagielka, Barkley and Kenwright come out to highlight the differences between both managers.
Phil Neville has said they have failed, Moyes has taken responsibility for failure but some continue to make excuses all because they want to be able to say I told you so if Moyes turns it around.
Well, some people will say I told you so and it will be when Moyes gets the sack

‘United’s squad is bigger and better than people are trying to make out.’
An ageing squad if you win becomes an experienced squad with knowhow. If you lose, it becomes the players have no legs. It’s something in between those extremes.
Roberto Martinez.
A class manager calling it like it is. I'm rarely on this board now because i've heard enough shatt and excuses regarding David moyes. That there tells me had Martinez been here, you won't hear stuff like this squad is not good enough to win the champions league like the idiot moyes did earlier on.
