On the bright side

the result today means we will now be able to concentrate 100% on the Champions League Semi-Final against Athletico.

I'm not saying we're going to win the Champions League but this gives us a much better chance of getting to the Final.

Any chance of winning the title is now gone and this will be confirmed tomorrow when Liverpool smash Norwich. All we are fighting for now is to ensure top four, ideally top three.

As a result the Anfield game has far less significance than it would have done and we can now afford to rest key players at Anfield and really go for it in our upcoming Champions League games.

KTBFFH. Come on the Chels !!

Maybe not the best consolation in the world today but if we do manage to win the Champions League this season then today's loss will be seen as the result that went a very long way to making it possible.

True, we are only 3 games away from winning it. The glory, the money, and having ol big ears is something special.....Especially with Jose.

Jose will be desperate to win the Champions League as Chelsea manager as it was the only competition he was unable to win in his first spell as Chelsea manager.
