Ramires

Agree, before this season was always one of the first names on the sheet for me, was growing and maturing into a fantastic player.

This season tho he has been nothing short of diabolical, rash challenges, awful play, awful marking, just crap. Dunno if it's because he's got one eye on the WC but either way he's been pathetic.

Would probably give him one more chance next season but wouldn't cry if he was sold in the summer

I'd rather see Ramires be sold than Torres, really.

Sell him now. Ramires is slow, no pace, no stamina, no power, he's a liability. Matic should play with Luiz in the holding position. I would have preferred Scott Parker.

He is a good squad player. We need someone new to partner Matic.

I've never understood Ramirez. He's an enigma. Is he any good or a fraud? I can't work him out! Then he does a CL semi !

I actually agree with this comment, at least Torres knows what he wants to do with a football, even if he cannot do it.
Ramires footballing brain is like one of those cheap rock solar lights for the garden........dimly lit, flickers on and off and never works when you want it too.

Ramires worked much better in a 4-3-3.

In the 4-2-3-1 he lacks the discipline and the ability to play as a conventional central midfielder. Certainly on a regular basis.

I think he deserves another season to prove he can be a good squad option although in truth I'm not convinced he's even that.
