Doubt it will be straight forward. Deal needs to be agreed, funds need to be in place, contracts signed etc.

Everyone alludes to buying back ER, no one has done it though.

Phil hay said on twitter that funds had been put in place to buy back er but other stuff at leeds is taking priority(he has been in less than 2 weeks so give him a little mor time)not like buying a house and that takes months.

Easier than buying a house as no chains involved.

.....
I did not have a chain in buying my house but from having offer accepted to getting keys it was about 2 months

no reason for it to take that long if no chains involved.

There are problems finding out who actually owns Elland Road for an offer to be placed. Believe it or not, the people you pay your rent to are not the owners and they claim not to know who the owners are. Great isn't it, you still keep us all entertained.

My opinion and probably something any owner of Leeds looking to buy back elland rd, build a new ground if it's so difficult to buy it back. They'll soon pop their head up and beg for us to take it back, who wants a big empty stadium the council will never allow to be knocked down and in an area in which will become worthless with no Leeds United there.
