I want to give McDermott till the end of the season.

If results don't improve, I would go for Steve Clarke.

He is also a Head Coach, so a tactician... A man who will them working on the training pitch. I get the feeling Cellino wants that.

Well we can let him take us to the brink of League One and then take on Nigel Pearson.
