We are carp and full of journeymen players.
I expect McDermott to leve at the end of the season, so first things first... A new coach/manager.
I would go for Steve Clarke who was Mourinhos right hand man and then did a good job at WBA with average financial backing. He prefers to be known as a Head Coach, so presumably fit into Cellinos mindset of a manager and is a solid tactician.
A coach is only as good as his players and as we seem to most years, have some complete dross. I don't agree with a full clear out, as historically that never works but most of this shower need to move on.
I would keep Kenny, Warnock, Mowatt, Byram. McCormack, Smith, Pearce, Murphy. The rest I would quite happily see move on!
We need to cut down the squad and sign quality players.
We finally have an owner with money - Thats the plus and difference from the last 10 years. He has engaged with the fans and now needs to select his coach, to then select the players.

I'll talk to anyone on here exile .............. however I feel some just like to preach and expect others to accept their opinion as gospel.
If I think they talk rubbish, then i'll type it. They're welcome to do the same to me in return - it's called debate ..................

Are there folk that go all 'lahdedah...?' I've read a few that 'hawdumdiddle..!' but they are just silly. They generally can be identified by having matted hair and a deity to follow...!
