As the season draws to a close I think it is time to decide on who has been the worst summer signing and the biggest improvement on last season.
Worst Summer Signing:
Erik Lamela 30m - Don't think it has been all his fault with AVB trying to bed him in slowly when he was manager as well as injuries but when I did see him play did not justify 30M.
Marouane Fellaini 27m - not worth 27m and has scored more for everton this season then united. says it all really
Mesut Ozil 42m - Started great but faded badly maybe needs time to adjust to the prem but for apparently the world's best number 10 I expected much more
Roberto Soldado 28m - Loads of strikers have come over here with great goal scoring records and crashed maybe needs a season but this year goes down as a flop.
Ricky Van Wolfswinkel 11m - I think he has scored twice and has not helped Norwich at all should have done more considering how much he cost.
Biggest Improvement from last year:
Eden Hazard - I didn't think he looked 30m last year has proved me wrong improved a lot compared to last season I think.
Aaron Ramsey - Could say the biggest improvement of the lot. Arsenal faded badly when he got injured.
Adam Lallana - In the england squad and should be going to the world cup barring injury linked with Liverpool & United great season.
David De Gea - much improved on last year and one of few positives from united's poor season should get our player of the season in my eyes.
Cesar Azpilicueta - Played LB most of the time and kept Ashley Cole on the bench looks a top full back and a snip at 7m big improvement from last year.
Jordan Henderson - Finally justifying his price tag after taking a lot of stick from everyone looks a much better player under Rogers.
I know I could have added a few more but did not want to make the article too long.

Barry has always been good, loved him at us just got his named tarred from the England v Germany game by silly fans who know nothing about the game.
Nasri is missing off this list aswell, back to his best.

Of course I will, it benefits the team I support and that's always the focus for me.
I don't have a hatred of Everton, too many friends are blues for that to make sense. And I wouldn't ask most people that question, Phil however I thought might actually want Liverpool to fail that much.

For me James McCarthy is most improved even at 13 million. Biggest flop can't argue with Soldado in fact the money wasted by Spurs in general is the biggest set of flops.
Have to grudgingly agree the improvement in Liverpool as a whole can't be overlooked. Flanagan Sterling and Henderson.

We were constantly told last season that the quality of the league was really poor. So I'd vote Luis Suarez as most improved player. He finished 2nd in the PFA awards last season behind Gareth Bale. I would have voted for Gareth Bale being most improved player, but he no longer plays in the PL.

I always think it's really harsh labelling a long term injured player a flop. Don't think Lamela should be in that list. Not sure why Ozil is in that list either, unless you just listen to the media.
For me, Soldado and Fellaini have been the biggest flops, especially Soldado. He was supposed to lead Spurs to a top 4 assault.
Fellaini was supposed to be the answer to Utd's midfield problems (I know the more knowledgeable didn't expect that, but people who again listened to the media did).
My calls for most improved would be Aaron Ramsey, Gareth Barry, and Jon Flanagan (don't think Flanagan is anything special but from where he was, it certainly is a huge improvement).

Fellaini was a panic buy when it became clear they weren't going to get the likes of Fabregas and Thiago, don't know how many people honestly thought he'd be the missing answer for United
