It's important to get a good Sagna replacement to put pressure on Jenko to perform rather than have another Giroud situation.

From what I have seen of Aurier he is quick and powerful (and can also deputise at CB) - very offensive and a typical AW signing.

While Aurier seems keen to join will be interesting to find out if the feeling is replicated by the club.

Hopefully he is worth all the fuss. I haven't seen him play really so I'm not convinced.

If you haven't seen the player how can you therefore make an opinion?

He looks impressive on YouTube clips, but even Giroud looks like Maradona on YouTube. You never see the bad stuff. I will watch him with keen interest during the WC.

for the £6-7 Mil quoted I cannot see Wenger turning down this opportunity. Then again I remember Kompany was £6 mil a few years back when we desperately needed a defender and he went to Man C without us even going for him......
