I don't like the idea of this transfer. The guy has shown he cannot be trusted. Diouf was different, he had been pretty clean for 10 years. But Ranger is just a firework ready to go off.
If we do offer him anything, I hope it is a week-to-week contract based on pay as you play

Diouf was also a top level performer with experience of elite competitions..this lad is a Newcastle reject who likes to play with guns. HOWEVER, if he joins and makes us better, then I'll back him.

Can't see the positives with Ranger whatsoever. I guess he's scored more than Hunt last season But that's about it.
I guess we'll have to wait and see.
Sounds like there are other transfers afoot so I remain open minded.
