Juke won't do it in prem

Can't see the Juke hacking it in the prem. It's too big a jump for him especially at an outfit like Burnley. He will be back at our place well before Christmas. Burnley will sell Ings now they have the Juke and they will totally mess up again because they are a load of cheap jacks trying to survive on shirt buttons.

Sad but if there is any defence to be made for DF he has had more success than failure in bring in players on the very cheap. There maybe another Juke out there on loan or unattached.

Hi MT, Summer so far has been very hot and very wet and yes I am looking forward to the new season very much. Will we survive.....I doubt it but I thought we would struggle last season so what do I know. I rate Dyche very highly but even he can only go so far with the limited budget we have. As for TV here, pretty well every PL game is shown live or recorded . My prediction for the season is that we will be in the bottom 6 but not bottom. Hope your season is better than our dear Blackburn neighbours. Did you see the video for their new kit ? if not take a look. They are now sponsored by Horwich based ambulance chasers Zebra. It is unbelievable. Enjoy the rest of the summer.

FC - I honestly believe in the prem, sometimes having the right manager is more important than having the right squad. I won't lie and say you're not expected to be relegated, but for Burnley and most teams going up, it's about improving the infrastructure, gaining new fans and building a squad that's competitive.. You've signed a right mixture of players, but none that's going to kill you financially.

I'll be honest, not signing the Juke has killed me! He had the potential, not so much to be a goal machine, but to be a hero. Someone in the mould of Kevin Davies/John McGinlay... For you I would suggest someone like Robbie Blake. That man that gives it all and is a warrior and respected by fans.. You've got someone given the chance, that people will love....

Burnley's advantage is Turf Moor. Forgive me for saying it's not super modern and flashy, but that works in your favour. Imagine Diego Costa and Fabregas arriving on week one.... They will wonder what the hell is going on!!!! But to suggest the stadium is your weapon is a disservice to Dyche....

Summer good over here.. Bobbed to Mallorca a few times, but I'm a spring autumn man when it comes to the island... I like to enjoy an evening out without sweaty shirts and burning heat!!

Just getting my 9 year old into cricket this summer. Been to Old Trafford a few times.. Think he's hooked.... T20 is his thing... Took me years to appreciate a good test match!!!

I hope Burnley are following the West Brom model of giving the Premier League a real go in 16-17 season. For now buy a squad that will get you promoted next season with money in the bank. Enjoy the ride. Take relegation if it comes and then tear through the championship the year after.

I've been a big fan of the WBA blue print...

Oh and I've seen the Blackburn video.....

I'm embarrassed that they are classed as Lancastrians...

Yes, Rovers are certainly an embarrassment to the county. The really funny thing is they actually believe they are a big club.Enjoy the cricket ( we even have a cricket channel now in the US !)

Oh and I would love to see Diego Costas face when he gets off the Chelsea bus for the first game, especially when he goes into the `dressing room`

I dread to think what the backlash would be if the Juke and Sordell get a few goals together.

Petrov - you beat me too it

I know Burnley will start with Ings, but if the Juke and Sordell get a chance to play together, it will be interesting to see if they strike up a partnership.

If they do it in the Prem, imagine the carnage they would cause in this league!!
