Has there ever been a better bit of business than the Robertson deal in Scottish football?
Pure profit for United for the kid as Hull finally meet our valuation. I'm also pleased that Queens Park will get a wee windfall too. It'll make up for the shabby way we've treated them in the past.
Jim Spence is also saying that United are now 100% debt free. Let's keep in mind 2 years ago a series of west coast media hacks were telling the likes of TalkSport we were on the verge of going bust during Armaggedon.
Gutted to lose the wee man but needs must. I wish him all the best down south.
Moving forward, we now need a left back so it'll be interesting to see if we go back for the Czech trialist we had at the club or if we look elsewhere.

think you will spend any of it?

Possibly. We might be able to pay a small fee, something similar to the Telfer deal. What it'll most likely do is allow us a bigger wage budget and a bigger squad.

Robbie, it's a long time away and you can never really read too much into pre season.
I think the Dees have done well in their recruitment though. It'll be interesting to see how these German lads do too.
I see us making another 2 or 3 signings before the window shuts.
