While many of us applauded Massimo for getting 11.5 million for Ross, the mood on the friends of Fulham website is one of buoyant optimism. Fans have taken a big liking to him and see him as a player who is going to 'do the business'. He wears the no.44 shirt and is playing alongside some talented internationals. The question is, if he can score 29 goals for us, how many is he going to score, or assist with, for Fulham? Doesn't this investment by Magath say something about Fulham's ambition, as much as it says about our unwillingness to back ourselves?
Also from the same website, Fulham have allegedly put in a bid of 6.5 million for Byram. Take the money, we might say, he's never worth that much! We sell our two best players, we can buy the stadium back and have a couple of million left for players who really want to wear the shirt, put in a decent shift, and are 100% fit.
Well, let's see who's higher up the league table at the end of the season.
Crazy Money?

I'm satisfied that I have outlined my point above, if you care to read. No need to repeat myself for your benefit.

And we managed to go from playoffs to the Premiership, to Division 1, in one season. And your point is?

Who is that aimed at and why?

It's for you, LUFC. You and pundit are busy comparing notes on the past. Who cares what happened in 2006? As for pundit, where did he come from? Can't thye afford their own website in Wolverhampton?
I'd have thought you'd want to leave the past behind and take a hard look at what Cellino is doing right now. It's confusing the hell out of me.

I wasn't talking about 2006, I was talking about Wolves doing a back to back relegation.

Thing is he was the main man at Leeds, soon became our only attacking player of any quality. Plus, with Fulhan likely to have quality in their team, the opposition he comes up against may be a lot more defensive, than when he was leading the line for Leeds.
