BBC are reporting that the Sainst chairman has stated that Schneiderlin and Rodriguez won't be sold this summer!
Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin and striker Jay Rodriguez will not be sold this summer, according to chairman Ralph Krueger.
The pair have been linked with moves to Tottenham, now managed by ex-Saints boss Mauricio Pochettino.
Southampton have already sold five players this summer.
"Jay Rodriguez and Morgan Schneiderlin will be in our line-up as we move into next season," Krueger told BBC Radio Solent. "They will not be sold."
Schneiderlin later wrote on Twitter: "6 years of an amazing journey #saintsfc DESTROYED in 1 hour !!!"

What are your thoughts on this, do you think they are just trying to get as much ££ as possible or they've had enough of selling all of their best players? Will they be able to push a move, it's pretty obvious that Schneiderlin is desperate to join us!
Cheers
Rodriguez & Schneiderlin Staying?

That tweet showed an utter lack of class from Schneiderlin. What a buffoon.

Based on how it was all played out in media with Swansea I reckon both deals will happen by or shortly after the weekend.
Remember how the Davies deal broke then at one point it looked like it was not going to happen then it was on again?
We also need to shift some players to make room. This is what I hope is happening behind the scenes.

I see it as been a blinking contest between Levy and the Soton chairman .
The Southampton chairman blinked first and said they were off nowhere which in turn upset at least on of the players and dropping the asking price!
Levy does it again!

Totally agree scribe. Levy's position just got a whole lot easier. If Schneiderlin said nothing I reckon he'd still get his move but we'd have had to pay more in "save face" money to their chairman.

Their Chairman can now ship all the blame onto the player if they makes it impossible to keep them...like Modric, Bale etc
