Said were talking and if were talking that means adryan wants to play for leeds united. Also said he's in Brazil (agent) and adryan is in Italy still, reports of him being in leeds are false .

Sounds like it will get over the line but possibly not for a few days.

"arriving to Leeds" could be Italian jargon for being on a plane, rather than signing on. This would be ushc a massive coup that I think I will definitely wait until confirmed by the club that everything is done and he is available for selection

I think 'arriving to Leeds' means he's going to sign - not that he's on a plane as we speak.

What I like about this one is we've not given up. He was first mooted in a Twitter post by Cellimo's much maligned son Eduardo in February.

We've been tracking him for some time it would appear. Perhaps Mr Cellino isn't as fly by night and flaky as we think, he's certainly persevered on this chap.

Adryan wants to join Leeds, says Cellino
Leeds owner Massimo Cellino hopes to pull off a major transfer coup by landing the 'new Kaka' on Tuesday.
Cellino is locked in talks with Brazilian club Flamengo about signing their Brazilian playmaker Adryan.

Manchester United made moves for the 20-year-old in 2012 and he has also been linked with Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Adryan is currently on loan at Cellino's former club, Cagliari, after the Italian took him to the Serie A side in January.

"The player wants to come to Leeds, that's not the issue," Cellino told me.

"I know him well and he is a special talent.

"But this is a complicated deal. There is still talking to do with Flamengo and the player's agent."

Adryan's agent is due to meet Cellino at Elland Road on Tuesday and a deal could then be concluded before the game against Brighton.

Adryan has played for Brazil at every age level from under-15 to under-20s and has been dubbed the new Kaka - as well as the new Zico and Romario - in his homeland.

As long as he's not the new Tomas Brolin eh....?
