So, if you were approached by the supposedly biggest club outside the Premier, and asked if you wanted the coaching job knowing that coaches fly faster and further then the green men from the planet mushroom, what contract would temped you?..

Or better still, what would make you want/take the job?..

Well, apart from wanting a wage that says I'm worth the gamble, I'd make sure that the boss man signed my contract stating that if he sacked me he'd better have saved enough of that Ross money to pay me off!..

I'm wondering what is in his contracts, because surely you cant set people on and sack them just to feed your ego?..

Or even tempt?.

Mike I'm not anti Cellino....... But come on! Even you must see from his history that he doesn't do well with coaches/managers.

I rather see it as him being a perfectionist.
