Sanchez should be 86 minimum. Ramsey an 85. Walcott should be higher too. I'd have Debuchy at 80. Koscielny and Mertesacker both at 84. And Ozil at 87.

Walcott is always quite low in FIFA. Even after his the good season he had before injury, he was like 82. Never managed to get him higher either. Gibbs is always to low as well.

Rooney will be his usual 88 for no reason what so ever.

If you think about it Walcott is a 81-83 player in reality. Has obvious deficincies as a player but has learned to play to his strengths to make himself good.
