A lot of the press have actually been fairly kind to us over the Welbeck signing.
United on the other, are coming in for a fair amount of criticism for the way they have splashed the cash and gone in for all these marquee signings.
So much that they are annoyed that the have sold their one player who has come through their ranks to suppliment a major marquee signing who is only here for one year.
We have also now got a hell of a lot of English internationals in the squad so will probably escape a lot of criticism from the press.
So are the media now going to portray Man U as the big bad wolf while we get shielded and praised due to the English connections?
Will we become the media darlings now!

The media is basically Liverpool.
BBC, Sky, Talksport, Telegraph are glorified Liverpool fan sites.
That's what a media darling is

Since when has having England internationals stopped teams getting criticised in the press?

Probably not the best time to be packed with England internationals when they are as bad now as I can ever remember them.
