According to the Telegraph he's on £115k per week until 2019 . Obviously Sanchez and Ozil are higher than him but for him to be that is very peculiar to me. Suggests he wasn't planned, almost, because for us to pay that... a lot of players at our club are going to want similar and the likes of Ramsey, Koscielny and Szczesny all recently signed for like 70-80k per week.

Reminds me, we're going to have another Walcott contract situation aren't we? Up for renewal in 2016, I think Wenger will give it till quite late into this season, assess how he is post injury, because he'll probably want something like £120k minimum now.

Seems a lot of our money will be going into wages in a couple years, but this is a while away because thankfully a lot of our players are tied to long term deals now with only Giroud (2016) in terms of long term players that are expiring before 2017. I expect he's already signed and they'll announce it after he's scored a few goals to make the announcement nicer. Podolski (2016) will probably leave before then, the likes of Flamini (2015) and Diaby (2015) are probably moving on sooner rather than later and then there's a few like Coquelin that are definitely going ASAP. Arteta (2015) will probably be like Rosicky, Wenger will assess his campaign and offer a deal around Feb/March if he's staying, I think he'll get a one year extension.
