Bit harsh saying James Milner's career has been ruined, still a fantastic player.Shame his game time is limited, but he's played a role in Man City's success.

Milner could have been a real star at Villa and still got in the England team and maybe at NUFC too.

It is a real shame that players are bought I think to stop other teams progressing and replaced by Foreign imports by the big clubs.

He has played a role yes SKB, so not ruined.

But for what it could have been. He was, correct me if Im wrong Villa fans, playing a centre mid role, getting forward and scoring and assisting goals before his move.

Now he plays as a defensive option on the winger.

Yeah that's how I seem to remember him, Downing and Young out wide, and Milner playing a more central role. Top side at that stage.

We were a top side.

Young and Milner went along with Mellberg and subsequently Downing and others and we were high and dry.

Think epitomy of it all was game at Everton when Young scored twice after Sidwells opener and 2-2 with a minute or so left.....priceless moments
