I don't believe that is the whole story, but I think he means what he says and that is positive news for someone sceptical like me.

Neil Redfearn is 100% Leeds United, if what he sees becomes what he believes, then I believe anything he is wrong about, or got wrong, is only a gnats whisker.
Redfearn has been seeing the same as what some of us saw at the beginning, and he's been closer than most.

Interesting last 3 paragraphs it appears Redfearn never
as involved in first team as we were led to believe under McDermott.
I still believe academy is extremely important to Cellino and Redfearn will get his chance in a couple of years after raising a young crop of "his" players.
