Arsene Wenger's greatest weakness is his arrogance. He was not always that way. Our club management made him the most arrogant manager in the Premier League. The process took place during the building of the new stadium. Wenger managed the team, the club debts and the part of stadium planing simultaneously. Our board let him do all the work and he did it well. Then they put a monument at the entrance to the club level. In one of the restaurants on the club level – there is a portrait of Wenger, it fills the whole fecking wall. But Arsene Wenger is an employee of the club. So think about your perception, if there is would be your monument in the company you're working for.
All of this has influenced his judgment – negatively. His personnel decisions hmmm, let me put like this: First his youth vison, then last minute buys of some strange useless old players. No plan, just reaction.
Then he showed a strong and unreasoning desire for revenge: Vieria came back begging for a place at Arsenal. Wenger refused. Then selling RVP to Man U. Refusing Cesc. Football is business and no pride should cloud your judgement.
I think Arsene Wenger is still one of the best managers in the world. But he is in the wrong environment. Everybody needs challenge, at AFC there is only one real challenge for him – AST meeting once a year.

AW has all the attributes of an MP. Promises the earth but delivers diddly in the grand scheme of things.
As I've said numerous times, AW's time is up and the fans deserve far far better.

Not so sure about many of the contributorson these forums though. As they appear to
have only a vague understanding of - andeven less experience of - football, sport in general. Either playing or coaching.
Still, in my adopted role as an educator/mentor and personal development facilitator, I will always do my best to help.
Although, of course, I appreciate that it is not always wanted or respected.
