Apparently Ole is on the verge of being sacked by Cardiff. Bit of a shame as working for Tan must be very frustrating but I'm sure Ole must take a lot of the blame for the mess Cardiff are in. A lot of fans are upset about how often he changes the side and also be got the club relegated so he really needed a strong start this season.
Sad to see a promising manager be close to a sacking. Hopefully he can bounce back.
Ole to be sacked.

As I understand it, its not specifically the results as to why he's left (although they will have played a part), but the fact the board and chairman wanted to be more hands on in terms of bringing players in, which Ole wouldn't agree with.

No way will Tony Pulis go there, if that's the case.

But I stand by my point - if Cardiff are going to bring in managers and give them less than half a season to show promise, then they're in for a bumpy ride, in my opinion.

Don't get me wrong, I do agree with that.

I remember quite a lot of United fans on the old 606 (or maybe even the earlier days on here) had, for some reason, decided en masse that Solskjaer was a ready-made replacement for Ferguson.

In Ole's last season at Molde, they finished 6th, after finishing as champion the previous season
Ole will never be United manager imho.

Macca
To be fair to Ole, and I feel I must, he did win them their only two titles in their history and one of only three Norwegian Cups.
Not bad for his first job in senior football management in three years.
I agree, he will never be our manager.

Another manager gone today. Wolfgang Felix Magath sacked by Fulham. No surprises there.

And neither should Giggs get anywhere near the job. Should have never been allowed near the assistants job either.
