Scottish Vote: Any Scots on here??

So today is the day. I reckon it’s a NO vote but what happens if it’s a yes?...

So anyone from Scotland on ? What will you vote, do you know the consequence of a yes. Higher tax, no currency, business will suffer, high unemployment, no NHS…or do you feel that you can cope Independently. If so how ill you tackle this. Business are already panicking in Scotland if it’s a yes, most of their trade relies on English customers and the local branched small business rely on the banks who need English backing and local customers who are going to be hit hard with a YES vote.

I understand the need for independence but do you 'YES' voters just vote for independence or understand the impact it will have on you financially ?

Our Government is rubbish, any Englishmen here will tell you, but is the price of leaving the UK going to be easier for you ?

What happens to the Army?, Utility suppliers? Scottish people living or working in England ATM, Scottish Business trading in England, England companies trading in Scotland? How does it affect transfers in Football between the 2 counties (or 4 if you include N Ireland and Wales) and what will become of the Great Britain teams of Rugby and the Olympics. Will Scottish players in the England Cricket team withdraw ? Will Scottish players in England and visa versa have to have work permits….(added football into this as it it’s a sports Forum)

And how will Scotland survive without the England Banks ? At the moment the Scottish banks are high flying it to England so they have Bank Of England backing still….

Should be interesting if not nervy vote today…..

PR stunt mate, and they admitted it.

I don't know how anyone can predict it to be honest. Far too tight and far too many variables.

If I was a religious man I'd say a wee prayer right now!

The place I stay, Stornoway, is going to hold up the vote as there is heavy fog and the plane won't fly. Typical. They are predicting 5am for our declaration.
