went wrong for him when he got injured along with Theo.

Also he was taken off aftet 60-70 min at Real as its known he cant last the full 90 but Wenger just keeps playing him til the end almost every game.

Footballers are humans, they hear opinions read papers etc. It went wrong when he was wrongly slated last season even though he was second in the assist charts for most of the season

Last time this happened was with Gervinho who continues to be the main man and score goals for Roma in his second season there. The guy was attacked, mostly by our own fans, even when he was our top scorer and he got worse and lost confidence as a result.

It seems some people want an actor, not a footballer. Who cares if he 'looks interested'? Are you that shallow you think a mans facial expression is all that counts? Go watch some soaps!
What is wrong is the press, sheep like fans, Wenger playing him out of position and for too long.
And lastly, the simple fact that ALL footballers go through periods of being out of form. It happens, get over it and support the 'best number 10 in the world' as someone once said....

It's not Ozil, it's the press. They are bored and will cook up anything to sell papers. I blame fans who can't think for themselves and go along with the hype.
