For years we been after a 20 goal a year striker. Now it seems we possibly have two! The way Britts going, he is on course for 35+!
Just need the rest of team to weigh in a bit more. Not saying that some of the others are not playing well but these 2 stand out.
Britt 8 goals in 7 games
Ant 5 with 5 assists. He also won a won a free kick and penalty which both led to goals yesterday.
All of this in 7 league games. Am I getting getting carried away?
We have leaked some important goals though and I am wondering if Wilson is ready to make a start.
The midfield needs sorting out. There was a lot of hoofballs in attack and confusion in defense although there was Tesche's tackle leading upto Pato's goal.
Good news about Reid being back soon.

Fryatt has also got 2 in 4 I think. If he could stay fit he'd be pushing the 20 mark.

How many has Burke set up this season? With Reidy not yet reaching the form of last season I really feel Burke has become a key player down the right.

With regards to your midfield, maybe we need to stick Mancienne as holding midfielder. But that depends on 2 of Hobbs, Wilson and Lascelles being fit.

Vaughan is a must in the midfield. I think he would get on the ball and get it moving on the floor up the flanks where Forest are creating most of their chances from.
Agree about a Burke as a creative influence but think he should help Hunt out more defensively. Theresa's a bit too much "headless chicken" between both of them and McCormack had too much freedom down that flank the other night.

Personally I think Macienne has been a revelation at that back and I would be wary of shifting him even if Lescelles was fit. We have Tesche for proper defensive minded midfielder role and even Vaughan is effective playing deep.
As said above, the sooner Vaughan can come in the better
