Im pretty sure that this guy will know how big his job is at this club. His cv has never seen anything like this. He also knows he is working for a trigger happy owner, so he wnt imo come in all guns blazing and ruin things.

He will hopefully see the total football we are playing and develop it further.

Cellino won't mess about if he's not up to scratch. He's got a great squad assembled for him and they're clicking into gear just at the right time.

I suspect if Darko doesn't work out that there'll be a shed load of willing replacements lining up....

Yeah he favours a 2 holding midfield system a lot, playning like a 4-2-2-2 or 4-2-2-1-1 a bit like some of the spanish teams, the diamond formation is one that's been in italy for years, a lot use it here now but you got to have the players who can adapt to that....

MC & Salerno brought in Darko because he coaches the style that best suits the players we have. I'm betting
Redders is already player that style. Or a close version.
