Donnie Darko is taking over a team in some form.
If we were to lose the next two games under Redders is would be completely different to it being done under the new manager.
I see no reason we need a new manager / coach.
We should simply say to Redders here is some extra salary, keep doing exactly as you are.
If it doesn't work out your old job and salary will be open for you to carry on your good work.
We should employ someone to help run the U18s
I don't see the value of Darko joining us at this moment in time.

No need to worry.Cellino and Solerno know what they are doing.People were questioning the sense in some of these signings,but "Hey Presto".We now see the difference in our squad.As long as we keep Redders in a influential role,we will be ok..We can be sure that the new boss will know there will be no slacking now,and indeed,from the rest of the staff that work for Leeds United.MC expects commitment,effort and loyalty.Or shown the door.

Leave redders with the development set up....he is well respected there & the kids trust him......he still has an input into 1st team happenings...he still can say who is ready for 1st team etc...

Agree with Kev and harj. MC & Salerno know what they're doing. None of us want to lose Redders. And he's doing a great job for the club on many fronts.
I trust that Darko will be up for this.
